Editorial draft available to read. Factual and language review is pending. Examples are illustrative.

Decision and method

The preview should show recipients, channel, subject, body, attachments and the exact action being confirmed. Distinguish a draft from a sent message and allow correction before execution. Bind confirmation to the reviewed version so a later change of recipient or content does not automatically inherit authorization granted for an earlier draft.

Illustrative example

Illustrative example: an agent prepares a summary for a supplier. The user corrects a figure and removes an attachment before confirming. The tool sends exactly that version. If the agent changes the recipient afterward, it must present the preview again instead of reusing confirmation associated with the previously reviewed recipient and content.

Acceptance check

Test editing, cancellation, double clicks, sending failure and late responses. Check version identity and available delivery evidence. Accept when cancellation sends nothing, retries avoid duplicates and status distinguishes prepared, requested and confirmed. An optimistic message on the screen is not a substitute for the result actually returned by the sending service.

Key takeaways

  • Confirmation should apply to the content and recipient that the person actually reviewed.
