Editorial draft available to read. Factual and language review is pending. Examples are illustrative.
Define the current review scope
Clarify structure, identity, content or behaviour under review and share the exact version. Colour feedback is not full approval of unresolved architecture. State open choices and agreed constraints requiring separate decisions to change.
Ask for observations before fixes
Ask what is unclear or difficult and where. “More modern” does not identify a problem. Connect visual proposals to needs, consolidate duplicates and resolve contradictions with the decision owner rather than applying the latest opinion.
Close each observation
Example: one reviewer wants a short headline, another every service. Put the proposition in the headline and detail below, then verify both needs. Close comments as resolved, reasoned rejection or owned pending work; a new screenshot alone is insufficient.
Key takeaways
- Tie each comment to an objective, screen and accountable decision.
