Editorial draft available to read. Factual and language review is pending. Examples are illustrative.
Define quality by stages
Distinguish valid receipt, identified need, service fit and accepted opportunity. Genuine enquiries may not fit; incomplete ones may need clarification. Define assessors and timing. Document test, spam and duplicate exclusions so filter changes do not masquerade as improvement.
Keep service assignment comparable
Define multi-service enquiries and useful primary/secondary assignments. Show counts, percentage denominators and period. Avoid treating differently matured cohorts as complete. Explain rule changes and pending assessments, particularly for small groups.
Interpret before investing
Teaching example: four of ten valid website enquiries fit, versus three of five integration enquiries: 40% and 60%. These small samples do not prove lasting superiority. Review origin, requested scope and pending cases before reallocating budget. Reconstruct figures and distinguish observation, hypothesis and next check.
Key takeaways
- Compare valid enquiries, fit and opportunities using consistent definitions and denominators.
